Chilli Chiken is one of the special Indo-Chinese dish in the world. And it's also favorite to all food lovers. We can make chilli chiken in our home with a very easy process. Actually boneless chiken pieces are use in chilli chiken. But some chef are also use with bone chicken for this delicious spicy recipe. Many people tell that chilli chicken is a unhealthy food. Who are in diet they cannot eat chilli chicken. But if we make it with out butter or oil then it's healthy for heart. And here we will discuss how we make crispy chilli chicken, dry chilli chiken and gravey chilli chiken.



Chilli Chicken Recipe:

Chilli Chicken Ingredients:

Chiken - 750 gram boneless chiken
Red Chilli Sauce - 4.5 tsp +6 tbsp
Soya Sauce - 4.5 tsp + 3 tbsp
Pepper Powder - 0.75 tsp
Corn Flour - 6 to 9 tbsp
Flour - 4.5 to 6 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - 0.75 tsp +1.5 tsp
Salt - as needed
Eggs - 3 eggs and use only white portion
Tomato Ketchup - 6 tbsp
Vinegar - 2.25 to 3 tsp
Sugar - 1.5 to 3 tsp
Water - 1 cup-2 cup
Oil - 1 cup for deep frying
Oil - 4.5 tbsp
Onion - 3 medium cubed
Garlic - 3 tbsp
Capsicum - 0.75 - 1.5 cup cubed
Green Chillies - 3 to 6
Spring Onion - 3-9 tbsp

How To Make Chilli Chicken:

Step 1:

First of all take a big bowl and add chilli chicken pieces. Then add 1.5 tsp chilli sauce, 1.5 tsp soya sauce, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp pepper powder and 1 pinch of salt. After that should be sprinkle corn flour and normal flour. When these things complete then add egg white portion or water as needed to mix the flour with the chicken. If you see that the mixture is dry then add more egg white or water. And now set this mixture aside until prepare the ingredients and sauce. Then cut onions and capsicum as cube and slit green chillis. 

Step 2:

Now it's time to prepare the sauce. Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp soya sauce, 2 tbsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp vinegar, and 1/2 to 1 tsp sugar. And then pour 2 tbsp water and mix them well and aside the mixture.

Step 3:

Now heat one cup oil in the pan for deep fry. We can heat the oil 240C 20 to25 minutes before frying. When the oil heat (check it) then a small quantity of batter give into the heat oil. Now add the chicken cubes one by one. It will be fry on a medium heat until crisp. And very important thing is do not over fry the chicken. When the fry will done completely, bubbles in the oil begin to reduce. If you want more crispiness then you should fry once more time.

Chilli Chicken Recipe:

First of all take a pan and add 1.5 tbsp oil and heat it in a high flame. Then add garlic and after few minutes add onions, capsicum, spring onions and green chillies. And fry these ingredients very well. And then pour the sauces, and observe that the sauces bubble up well. Then taste the sauce and if need to add salt , spices or extra sauces then add. Then add the fried chicken and mix them well. Saute chilli chicken high flame for 1 minute. Then your chilli chicken recipe is ready.
