Mughlai paratha is a traditional food in India. It's a one of the best street food in India. This dish was prepared for the royal court of Mughal Emperor Jahangir. All Indian says this dish as nawab dish. Actually it was the one of the favorite dish of Indian nawabs. And now whole world knows about "moglai paratha". Every street food lovers like to eat this paratha. And every foreigners who comes India, they all try this dish. Actually everyone try to make mughlai paratha to their home. But they cannot makes restaurant. But here we will discuss how to make Mughlai Paratha? and what are the main ingredients, and what is the process. So, here is the process.

Mughlai Paratha Recipe:

Ingredients:

  Flour - 2 cups
  Eggs - 2
  Oil
  Chop the onion
  Raw chili powder
  Carrots - 1/2 cup grated
  Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
  Fried nuts
  Lemon juice
  Bit salt
  Pepper powder
  Biscuit powder - 1 cup
  Coriander leaves crushed



Process:

Cover the flour with 2 tablespoons of oil and then cover it with a wet cloth for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and lightly fry 2 tablespoons onion and grated carrots with salt. Now take 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, sugar and rub well. Mix well with the biscuit powder and turn off the gas. This time, take this prepared spice in a pot and beat it well with onion powder, chili powder, a little lemon juice, fried almonds, black pepper powder, eggs, bit of salt and coriander leaf powder. Cut the paste from the flour and make it a little longer. You have to make it a little thinner than Luchi. Now put the prepared ingredients in the middle of it. Carefully fold from all sides so that the ingredients does not come out. If you fold the folds lightly, it will be a good seal. In a pan or frying pan, you have to fry the back and back in deep oil. Keep the flame low while frying.
